Through our map interface, which also includes special map layers (forest layer, weight-height restrictions), you can keep track of all the vehicles in your fleet and download the corresponding reports, data and invoices. A transparent, easy-to-use, user-friendly interface accessible from the web and mobile apps.
easyTACHOGRAPH
With easyTACHOGRAPH, you can monitor your drivers' current driving and rest times on a web interface, avoiding penalties and optimising your transport management. With remote access, you can start downloading the tachograph device and driver cards at a predefined time or even automatically.
Reports
The easyTRACK system has been designed to make more than 30 of our reports available and downloadable in a quick, simple and understandable way. Create a report with one click of the vehicles or groups of vehicles you have selected. Vehicle-, fleet- and driver-based reports greatly facilitate administrative tasks.
Individual access
It allows you to give your employees or partners access to specific vehicles in your fleet or even your entire fleet. You can decide which additional services a particular employee or partner should have access to, from the current position of the vehicle, through archive data and report generation, to driver management and data modification.
Real-time alerts
Our alert management system allows you to choose which events you want to be notified about via email, SMS or the easyTRACK web interface. You can set alerts for border crossings, fuel cap openings, stopping points, MoT test dates, etc., but you can also set individual mileage or time-based alerts.
CAN services
Keep fuel consumption under control and keep your reports accurate. With remote access, you can also find out and monitor your vehicle's mileage and the driving styles of your drivers. By analysing this data, you can check whether your vehicle is being used as intended and save your company several litres of fuel.
E-toll payment system
A fast, simple, transparent toll payment system that provides information directly to the driver and can even protect your business from being fined. To ensure the smooth running of the system, we have a specialised e-toll helpdesk and e-toll legal advice available 24 hours a day.
Fuel control
Monitor your vehicle's fuel consumption and save up to 40% in a year. In addition to the traditional in-vehicle tank level gauge, the uploading of fuel lists allows the uploading of invoices for company fuel cards to the easyTRACK system. The uploaded data will appear in the journey form and related reports.
Mobile apps
With the easyTRACK mobile app you can monitor your company vehicles and check your toll declaration data from anywhere.
With Driver APP, drivers can log in to their vehicle, switch between private and company travel, communicate with colleagues, send documents and navigate the route sent by the dispatcher with one click, all from their own in-app navigation.
Driver identification, company-private use separation
Drivers can identify themselves using the RFID reader built into the easyTRACK system and with the Driver APP mobile app. With the APP, the driver can choose between company and private use, which is displayed on the journey form, in the vehicle data list and in the mileage log.
Cargo door, temperature control
With our temperature monitoring service, you can continuously monitor the temperature values in your cargo area and receive a notification if there is a deviation in the figures. You can also retrieve temperature data from the system for the desired period. You can also monitor the opening and closing of the cargo door and receive an instant SMS notification.
Daily fee calculator
With the help of the easyTRACK system and the vehicle tachograph data, it will be possible to show the number of working days in and out of the country. The system will do the calculations for you and summarise them in one report, even broken down by driver.The statement provides data in accordance with Government Decree 437/2015 (XII. 28.).
Trace analysis
Store your fleet data for up to 24 months and view the period of your interest in our archive database. Replay your vehicle's route over a period of up to 7 days and examine the events that are important to you. If a period is of particular interest to you, you can print it out with a single click.
Electric cars
Track the consumption of your electric car, check the battery level, and use it like any other vehicle in your fleet. Our system can receive, process and display data from electric vehicles.

Error codes
The new easyTRACK development, with the help of the CAN adapter, enables the immediate detection and categorization of error codes in DAF, MAN, Mercedes, Ford, and Volvo brand trucks. Errors appear on the dashboard with color differentiation, allowing users to respond quickly. The intuitive dashboard simplifies navigation and provides faster access to features.
